Your Role:

As a CNC Turner, you will:

*

Program, Set, and Operate: Advanced CNC lathes (Mazatrol and Fanuc) to produce high-precision, multi-axis components.

*

Collaborate: Work with the engineering team to optimise machining processes.

*

Maintain Standards: Monitor product quality and adjust processes for optimal performance.

*

Uphold Safety: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.

*

Improve Processes: Contribute to continuous improvement across the business.

What We're Looking For:

*

A*-B in Mathematics.

*

At least 5 years of experience in programming, setting, and operating CNC lathes.

*

Proficiency in Fanuc and Mazatrol programming (an advantage).

*

Strong GD&T and blueprint analysis skills.

*

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

*

Effective communication and teamwork skills.
