Looking to recruit a Multi trade Carpenter to join a leading property services company based in Kensington

Responsibilities:

Carrying out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties
you'll undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to include Carpentry works, units, doors, worktops etc
Carry out repairs outside of core trade eg, Remedial plumbing works, Repair patching of plaster and replacing small areas of tilesRequirements:

Trade related qualification, city and guilds, NVQ level 2 or equivalent
You must hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence for 12 months as Work van provided
Ability to use hand tools, and operate small hand held plant such as drills and breakers etc.Attach an updated cv and apply below for more details!
