Position Overview

As the Senior Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in the kitchen, working closely with the esteemed Head Chef to create innovative, high-quality dishes that reflect the commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities

* Assist the Head Chef in menu development, recipe creation, and daily kitchen operations.

* Oversee kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene.

* Manage inventory and ordering of supplies, maintaining budgetary guidelines.

* Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

* Ensure consistency in food quality and taste, adhering to our established recipes and presentation standards.

* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

* Step in for the Head Chef when needed, maintaining kitchen operations and leadership.

Qualifications

* Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role within a high-quality restaurant or hotel environment.

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.

* Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.

* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
