The Position of a Graduate Town Planner

Assist in preparing and reviewing planning applications and supporting documents.
Conduct site assessments and research to inform planning proposals.
Contribute to the preparation of planning reports, feasibility studies, and development briefs.
Support senior planners in engaging with stakeholders, including local authorities, developers, and community groups.
Participate in site visits and planning meetings.
Stay updated with planning policies, regulations, and best practices.

Essential Criteria for the Graduate Town Planner

Degree or higher in relevant subject with desire or chartered status with RTPI
A highly motivated commercial approach, with the ability to work as part of and lead a team.
Have strong research, analytical skills, and reporting skills.
Be a proactive and professional individual.
