Minimum of 6 years' experience in an M&E Quantity Surveying role.
* Experience managing high-value MEP projects, including pricing and cost control.
* Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage subcontractor relationships.
* Strong data analysis, cost forecasting, and financial reporting skills.
* Proficiency in estimating and cost management software.
* Ability to liaise with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
* Proven track record of delivering projects on budget and ensuring commercial success.Remuneration Package:

Highly competitive salary (£85,000 - £105,000, dependent on experience).
