[ The role ]

As Customer Service Team Leader, you'll not only oversee the performance of a growing team (currently 2, expanding to 4), but you'll also actively take part in the day-to-day operations. This is a unique role where you'll lead from the front, combining operational involvement with leadership responsibilities.

Working closely with senior management, you'll ensure the team delivers exceptional service at all times while streamlining processes and building a culture of excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

* Inspire and Develop: Lead, train, and support your team to deliver top-notch customer service.

* Lead by Example: Handle customer queries, manage orders, and support clients directly while mentoring your team.

* Streamline Processes: Identify opportunities to improve workflows, ensuring efficiency and outstanding customer experiences.

* Resolve Challenges: Manage escalations, warranty claims, and returns, implementing solutions that prevent recurring issues.

* Support Sales Teams: Partner with Sales Reps to manage schedules, prep meeting materials, and ensure smooth operations.

* Metrics Mastery: Ensure KPIs are met, including quick response times, high customer satisfaction, and prompt resolution of issues.
