Are you an experienced Senior Practitioner with a background in safeguarding or children in care teams? Leader Group are working with client seeking an invidual who can make a meaningful difference by supporting the discharge of care orders for children placed with their parents at home.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with social workers and partners to progress necessary paperwork.
- Complete PWP assessments, chronologies, and court statements promptly.
- Work independently to prioritise and organise tasks effectively.
- Ensure timely visits to families when required.
What We're Looking For- Experience: Demonstrable background in safeguarding or children in care teams.
- Skills: Exceptional writing, organisational, and task-focused abilities.
- Transport: Access to private transport and ability to travel within Shropshire.
- Flexibility: Availability for one day per week in the office and remote working for the remainder.
