CREDIT RISK ANALYST

UP TO £45,000 + PENSION

An exciting alternative green lender are building out their credit risk analytics function and this will be their first hire, reporting into the Director of Risk Analytics.

THE COMPANY

This business are at the beginning of their journey for credit risk analytics and want step up their progression in automated lending. The provide finance in the green energy space e.g. home improvements and EV chargers. The business is in a great place to start moving forward with their data journey and they want to provide this individual with the opportunity to have a lot of impact.

THE ROLE

The role is a credit risk analyst position which will involve designing and delivering credit risk projects.

You can expect to be involved in the following day to day:

• Design, implement and monitor credit risk strategies
• Design, build and validate credit risk models
• Monitor credit risk models and performance
• Optimise the decision engine
• Work closely with different teams in the business
• Work on commercial strategies for the business to ensure profitability

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience using SQL/SAS/Python etc
• Experience working in credit risk
• Good communication skills

SALARY AND BENEFITS

• Up to £45,000 base salary
• Pension contribution
