This ongoing role offers early morning shifts, starting at 06:00 and ending at 14:00, from Monday to Friday, providing you with an excellent work-life balance. About the Role:

As an Aisle Master Forklift Driver, you will be an integral part of our client's warehouse operations. Your main focus will be ensuring that stock is efficiently organised and handled with care. This role involves a variety of tasks, from picking customer orders to maintaining a safe and tidy warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficient Order Picking:
Accurately pick items from designated warehouse locations using an Aisle Master Forklift, based on detailed pick lists. Ensure that selected items are correct, maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.

Secure Loading and Unloading:
Safely load and unload goods from delivery vehicles, ensuring that products are handled carefully to avoid damage. Organise stock in designated storage areas, optimising space and accessibility.

Inventory Management:
Conduct regular stock checks, updating inventory records to ensure accurate stock levels. Report any discrepancies or issues to the warehouse manager promptly.

Warehouse Organisation:
Maintain an organised and tidy warehouse environment. This includes re-stacking pallets, arranging products neatly, and sweeping floors. A well-organised warehouse is crucial for operational efficiency.

Adherence to Health and Safety:
Follow all health and safety guidelines rigorously, including wearing appropriate protective equipment and adhering to safe working practices. Report any potential hazards or near-misses to the appropriate personnel immediately.

Communication and Teamwork:
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily operational targets. Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors, ensuring smooth workflow and task completion.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a warehouse role, specifically using an Aisle Master Forklift.

* Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy items as needed.

* Strong organisational and time management skills.

* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality control.

* A valid driving licence due to the location of the role.

* Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
