Job Title: C# Developer With WPF exp (Electronic Trading) - Contract

Location: London (Hybrid)

Contract Length: 12 months

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced C#/.NET Developer to join a major investment bank in London on a 12-month contract. The role focuses on electronic trading systems, specifically fixed income or E Rates, combining remote and on-site work.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain high-performance C#/.NET trading applications.

- Extensive WPF exp

- Collaborate with traders and stakeholders to implement system requirements.

- Ensure the trading platform is robust and scalable.

- Participate in all software development lifecycle phases.

- Debug and resolve system issues promptly.

- Optimize code for performance.

Requirements:

- Extensive C# and .NET development experience, preferably in finance.

- Strong knowledge of electronic trading in fixed income or E Rates.

- Experience with multi-threading, low-latency systems, and high-performance computing.

- Understanding of software design principles and SQL/database design.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Desirable:

- Experience with front office trading systems.

- Knowledge of fixed income products and trading protocols.

- Familiarity with messaging frameworks and distributed systems.

- Understanding of risk management and compliance.
