Finance Assistant

£38,500 + Pension + Parking

If you are an experienced a Finance Assistant with good all round experience and are seeking a varied and responsible role then this position is definitely worth considering.

Some of your duties will include:

- Assisting the Group Financial Controller with the management of the accounts function

- Supporting the day to day management of the bought and sales ledger function

- Maintaining cash book on a daily basis and completing bank reconciliations

- Preparing accrual and prepayment schedules at month end and posting journals

- Producing month end analysis reports detailing revenue produced and job margins

- Calculating, preparing and producing quarterly VAT returns and Estates list
