About the role

Based in the Cheltenham area, this brilliant opportunity offers a part-time position for a teaching role starting September. This role offers a supportive and enthusiastic team environment that encourages students and staff to strive and are looking for someone that has excellent communication skills, behavioural management experience and the drive to add to the overall exciting experience of students’ day-to-day learning.

What the role will include

This role will require the following skill set of the applicant:

  • Organisational skills

  • Behavioural management experience

  • Supportive and positive attitude to teaching

  • Liaising with teachers and parents

  • Good curriculum knowledge

This role requires an individual who is actively engaged in promoting and managing reward tasks to individuals, groups and classes. The rewards system requires someone who is capable of engaging in various forms of activities both verbal and non-verbal.
