Join our dynamic and fast-paced automotive team as a Receptionist! Our client is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers.

The Role:

• Greet visitors and provide them with a warm and welcoming reception, ensuring a positive first impression for customers.
• Answer incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate department or individual.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organising meetings.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the reception area to create a professional and inviting atmosphere.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution and accurate record-keeping.
• Help to coordinate office activities and events, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with an eye for detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a flexible and adaptable approach.
