A leading college are looking for a dynamic digital communications professional to help oversee communications, using established methods and finding new ways to reach this engaged and important audience.

The role will oversee the production of internal communications from beginning to end – from planning, writing and editing of copy to CRM production and analysis to measure effectiveness of communications.

As the role is a three-month FTC, the role requires someone who is definitely a doer. They will need to have experience of managing external and internal CMS-based communications and preferably have worked with SharePoint as an editorial platform. 

We are looking for someone who has excellent writing and editing skills and experience of using content management systems and CRM systems.

While the role does not require strategic leadership experience, you would need to be someone who is confident in making decisions and delivering on your own initiative.

The role mixes longer-term planning and staff engagement through to regular, hands-on delivery of communications products like weekly newsletters and supporting the development of our College-wide intranet. They also want someone who can recognise the need to drop everything and respond to a developing issue. You will also have the ability to manage workflow through a shared email inbox.
