£40,000 - £42,000 + overtime

Responsibilities:

PPM's
Reactive maintenance
Tap temperatures
Filter changes
Legionella
A/C units
Chillers
Pumps
BMS
HVAC systems

Requirements:
NVQ level 2 or above in any mechanical discipline (preferred but not essential)
