Junior Service Engineer

Location: East Midlands Region
Salary: Starting at £22,500 per annum (up to £34,000 by Year 3 with performance-based increments)

The Role:

* Assist with service calls, installations, and maintenance for company customers.

* Prepare machines for installation alongside the Production & Workshop Manager.

* Attend training courses to develop technical expertise.

* Maintain company equipment, including vehicles, tools, and IT devices.

* Represent the organsation professionally, promoting products and maintaining positive relationships with customers.

What We're Looking For:

* Electrical and mechanical skills or qualifications.

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

* IT proficiency, including Windows OS and Microsoft Office.

* Customer-focused mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude.

* Adaptability, attention to detail, and a clean driving license.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (37.5 hours per week, with a one-hour break).
