Jenson Fisher have been engaged by a rapidly expanding organisation based in Glasgow City Centre to recruit a highly experienced Credit Controller, on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will be have a proven track record in credit control and will be able to hit the ground running. This is an office based role to join a busy team. The hours of work are 35 hours per week.Main duties:

• Contacting customers via phone and email to chase debt
• Reducing aged debt and minimising legal/bad debts
• Dealing with credit control queries
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Maintaining and reconciling a high volume of accounts
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation
• Supporting the Credit Control Manager

Requirements:

• Credit control or sales ledger experience is essential
• Highly proficient skills in Excel
• Be able to work in a fast paced target driven environment
• Strong communication and rapport building skills
• Excellent Team player
