What We're Looking For:

* You must have held senior positions in past roles, with a proven track record of success in a children's residential setting.

* A minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Residential or Health and Social Care.

* The ambition and drive to take on leadership responsibilities in a care setting.

* Experience working with children who have special needs is a bonus, but not essential.

The Ideal Candidate:

* Driven: Ready to grow and develop into a future leader.

* Supportive: A natural mentor who helps guide junior staff and fosters a positive team culture.

* Resilient: Can tackle obstacles with a can-do attitude and thrives in challenging environments.

What's in It for You?

* Salary: £45,000 to £50,000, including achievable bonuses.

* Training: Be part of a comprehensive management programme, with a fully funded Level 5 qualification in Residential Care for Children.

* Support: Benefit from hands-on mentorship by experienced managers, helping to shape your future career.

* New Beginnings: This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing project, shaping a new residential home from the ground up.
