Team Lead Microwave Engineer - Permanent - UK Wide - Up to £38,000 Per Annum + Overtime

Our established telecommunications client requires a highly motivated Team Lead Microwave (MW) Field Engineer. The primary role would be working on new and existing projects, working across a range of Network Operators. You will need to have Microwave experience and currently based in the UK.

Responsibilities:

* Undertake installation, maintenance, and fault repair in accordance with work instructions to ensure service standards are achieved in a safe and efficient manner.

* Provide advice and decisions on engineering solutions and timescales.

* Undertake installation and maintenance work in accordance with work instructions and procedures in a safe and efficient manner to meet service standards.

* Clearly communicate results back to the wider business as required and ensure remedial work is properly recorded.

* Manage fault diagnosis and repairs under your own control, working with Mobile Network Operators of network operations and achieve service standards.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise:

* UK field & rigging experience

* Working at height, tower rescue certified

* UK Driving license

* I&C experience

* I&M experience

* Nokia & E/// base station desirable

* Pylon, Rope Access, IPAF, PASMA, Capstan winch experience preferred

* Analytical and open minded.

* A highly motivated problem solver.

* Member of 24/7 on call rota.
