We are looking for someone who is organised and has experience of using Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent levels of literacy, mathematical and accuracy are essential in order to be successful in this role along with high level communication skills and the ability to manage workloads. Successful applicants will ideally live within easy reach of North Leicester and hold a full driving license with access to transport.

As a Payroll / Finance Administrator, you will find a variety of different tasks to complete daily. These will include, but are not limited to:

  • End-to-end payroll processing of monthly paid employees.
  • Collect and verify timesheets, attendance records, and other relevant data for payroll processing.
  • Calculate and process salary adjustments, variable pay items, and other payroll-related transactions.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Support teams to ensure accurate employee data and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of payroll transactions, deductions, and withholdings.
  • Assist the finance team with other finance related responsibilities as time permits.
