Duties and Responsibilities of the Key Stage 2 Teacher:

Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons across Key stage 2
Follow the school's curriculum and lesson plans while providing regular feedback on students' progression
Make effective use of assessment and ensure coverage of the programmes of study.
Ensure effective teaching and the best use of available time.
Monitor and intervene to ensure excellent learning and discipline.
Provide pastoral support to ensure development of the whole pupil
Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to create a cohesive educational experience
Establish and maintain the standards of pupil behaviour required to create an orderly and productive environment.
