Job purpose:

Reporting to the SMT Supervisor to assist in the manufacture of a wide range of electronic assemblies within the Surface Mount Department.

PRIMARY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Running a Surface Mount line to production schedule
• Inspection prior and post reflow
• Interpret documentation including parts lists, drawings
• Ensure all work carried out is completed to specified levels of acceptable workmanship.
• Ensure all work is carried out and completed in a timely fashion.

Salary: £24,224.20, increasing after successful completion of a 3 month probation period
Company profit share/bonus scheme paid twice a year (every 6 months)

Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 06:00 - 14:15
Friday: 06:00 - 14:00 Please note: during your training period, you will be required to work the standard day shift hours Monday - Thursday 08:30 - 17:00 and Friday 08:30 - 15:30.
