Title: Technical Support Engineer (IT)
Salary: Up to £50,000 D.O.E

Are you an experienced Technical Support Engineer looking to make an impact across EMEAI?
Our global consultancy client is seeking a proactive individual to support and maintain cutting-edge systems, from infrastructure Servers to edge devices. Our client is at the forefront when it comes to building robust footprint automated checkpoint and security solution!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for checkpoint automation systems, including remote and on-site maintenance of PC and server hardware.
- Maintain Windows, SQL Server, and Linux environments, alongside network infrastructure.
- Collaborate with development, testing, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless system performance and maintenance.
- Deliver technical reports and perform root cause analysis.
Essential Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, SQL Server, Linux, and network infrastructure.
- Proven problem-solving abilities with technical report writing expertise.
- Experience in automation, control systems, or Kubernetes (a plus).
Requirements:
- Relevant IT/Controls qualifications or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to support on-site across the region, including travel.
- Flexible with office hours and available for out-of-hours support on a rota basis.
- UK Passport and traceable work history required for airside clearance.
