Senior Firmware Engineer

What will this person be doing?
Developing drivers for internal (e.g. PWM modules) and external MCU peripherals (e.g. H-bridge motor drivers).
Reading and interpreting hardware schematics and datasheets.
Troubleshooting Firmware/Electronics issues using Oscilloscopes and Logic Analysers.
Writing good quality documentation such as Software Requirements and Specifications and API documents.

Essential Skills
Bare metal
Motor driver development experience
Firmware
Writing software to 601 Standards
Experience using Bitbucket or similar relevant tools

Desirable Skills
Flight heritage experience
Experience working in the Aerospace industry

Target salary
£57,000-£60,000

Monday - Friday
40 hours per week
Core hours 10:00-16:00
Contracted hours 08:00-18:00
Monday and Wednesday are mandatory days in office
Employees can work 40% of their hours dynamically, which equates to 2 days at home per week
First 6 months of probation are 100% on-site
