Role Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 support and assistance to students in the classroom
Work with students aged 16-19
Assist students in their learning and development
Create a positive and inclusive environment for all students
Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure the best outcomes for studentsEssential Requirements:
