Role Overview:

As a Senior Planner, you will be responsible for managing multiple live projects simultaneously, with up to three concurrent projects in your remit. You will focus primarily on delivery, ensuring projects progress smoothly within the planned timelines, identifying and resolving issues proactively. While delivery is your primary responsibility, you may also support pre-construction activities when required.

Key Responsibilities:

* Project Planning & Delivery: Manage up to 3 live projects at once, ensuring successful execution within the specified deadlines and budgets.

* Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors, providing clear and concise planning support.

* Risk Management: Proactively identify and address any potential delays, risks, or issues that might arise during the project lifecycle.

* Timely Reporting: Ensure all project plans, schedules, and reports are kept up to date, accurately reflecting project status.

* Pre-Construction Support: Assist with the planning elements during the pre-construction phase when required.

* Contract & Tendering: Coordinate planning requirements for single-stage and two-stage tender projects, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy.

* Continuous Improvement: Participate in the company's initiatives aimed at improving business operations, leveraging any ongoing investments in infrastructure.
