Manpower Engineering has partnered with a global leader in the manufacturing of paints and coatings to assist in recruiting a Field Service Engineer to cover the West Midland area

As a Field Service Engineer, you will manage your own schedule, visiting clients to install, repair, service, and maintain paint mixing equipment on-site. This role will involve both mechanical and electrical engineering, as well as the installation or upgrading of software on the equipment.

If you are someone who enjoys managing their own time, being on the road, and working in a hands-on role, this position could be an ideal fit for you.

We are seeking candidates with experience in a similar role, with mechanical and electrical skills, strong customer service skills, and a solid understanding of PC software.

The position offers a 37.5-hour workweek, Monday to Friday.

Initially a 6-month temporary contract with the possibility of extension. For the right candidate, there may also be an opportunity for a permanent position following the completion of the contract.
