Working any 5/7 days. 07:00am Starts, £15.62 per hour 40 hours per week.

Summary

This role will be a full time role delivering to customers homes with a drivers mate as it will involve heavy lifting, because you will be the final piece in the customers experience then customer service is a big part of this role so it is room of choice deliveries.

The role will involve:

* Safely operate a 7.5T vehicle to transport goods and deliver to customer homes.

* Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries.

* Load and unload cargo, some assembly work will be required but training will be provided.

* Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner.

* Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage and fuel consumptions.

* Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks.

* Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a 7.5T Driver or similar role is preferred.

* The ability to work under own initiative and be flexible in your approach.

* Excellent communication skills and good customer service.

* Ensure all correct PPE is in good order and used at all times.

* 7.5T or Class 2 licence for more than 1 year due to insurance purposes.

* Valid CPC & Digi Tacho.

* Ability to navigate using GPS or maps.

* Physical fitness for heavy lifting and loading/unloading cargo.
