This role will be a great fit for an experienced financial services professional with demonstrable experience in Product development. As this is a senior role you will need to have experience with Individual Protection or Group Protection products. (Employee Benefits)

Example responsibilities (depending on experience)

• Develop propositions to support the companies Product development goals.
• Investigate competitor developments and market trends to identify new opportunities
• Manage produce literature
• Be involved with performance reviews of the propositions and play an active role in recommendations for the future.

Required Experience:

• Experience in Propositions, product management or Product development.
• Strong knowledge of Protection or Employee Benefits
• Degree level education
• Complete or working towards a Financial Services qualification (FPC, FCII)
