Supporting our clients UK grid scale storage delivery business focusing on BESS, grid scale, as well as some solar and other activities.

Ideal candidate will have experience with

* Updating HR policies; forms and procedures that are overdue a review, or have had changes in legislation

* Updating employee handbook

* Reviewing internal processes of the team and ensure it is efficient and streamlined.

* Reviewing ER template's and procedures to ensure appropriate management and support the implementation of HR.
