Based at Littlemore Mental Health Centre, Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust.
Band 8a £30.94/hr - 37.5 hrs per week - Monday to Friday #removed#

As the Mechanical Maintenance Manager, you will be a key member of the Estates and Facilities Senior Management Team. You will provide professional leadership and expertise in mechanical engineering, ensuring compliance with healthcare technical memorandums (HTMs) and the effective management of supplier contracts. Your work will play a vital role in maintaining the operational performance of our facilities and ensuring they remain safe and efficient for our patients, staff, and visitors.

You will oversee all works related to:

* HTM02 - Medical Gas Systems

* HTM03 - Ventilation and Heating Systems

* HTM04 - Water Safety

* HTM08-02 - Lifts

* SHTM08-08 - Pressure Systems

This includes audits, assurance reviews, and providing expertise as an Authorised Person for these areas.

Person Specification

* A degree in Engineering or a related estates discipline, with substantial experience as a senior manager in estates and facilities.

* NHS experience in a similar role

* Experience of working as an Authorized Person (AP)

* Strong understanding of estates and facilities services.

* Full UK driving license.

This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years relevant experience.
