Maintenance Engineer - Rotherham

Salary: £45,000

Shift Pattern: Two Earlies, One Day, and Lates (8 hours but half hour Early finish on fridays)

We are recruitng for a leading packaging solutions provider, they're on the lookout for a proactive and reliable Maintenance Electrician to join our Rotherham site. The role offers a varied working pattern, with early shifts, day shifts, and late shifts, ensuring no two days are the same. In this role, you will be essential to ensuring the efficiency of our production lines by performing a mix of reactive and planned maintenance on both mechanical and electrical equipment.
We require candidates to have successfully completed an Electrical Engineering Apprenticeship, and to have experience in a fast-paced industrial environment. The role will challenge your technical skills, as you'll be responsible for ensuring minimal machine downtime, carrying out repairs, and working on continuous improvement projects to boost plant performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on production equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in a timely manner
Ensure machines operate at full efficiency to meet production targets
