Location: Bromley, South East London
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Salary: £95-£100 per day

Are you experienced in working with young offenders or vulnerable youth and passionate about supporting their journey to success? If you're ready to apply your skills in an educational setting, Qualiteach have exciting opportunities available for you in their partnered SEN schools.

Behaviour learning mentor - Key Responsibilities:

* Work closely with students who may have experienced significant challenges within education or their home life

* Provide tailored 1:1 and/or group support, helping students engage with their education

* Implement strategies to manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour

* Collaborate with school staff and external professionals to create individual learning and behaviour plans

* Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive

Behaviour learning mentor - What We're Looking For:

* Previous experience working with young vulnerable people, youth at risk, or in similar settings

* Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure

* A positive, resilient attitude and commitment to helping students succeed

* Ability to commit to a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM

* Relevant experience (Teaching Assistant, Youth Worker, Social Worker, etc.) are desirable but not essential
