Broadreach Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading British manufacturer specialising in bespoke luxury furniture and high-end joinery for superyachts and exclusive residential projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work with internationally renowned designers and craftsmen, delivering some of the most prestigious interior projects in the world.

The Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing high-value, complex furniture and joinery projects from concept to completion. Managing multiple projects simultaneously, you will ensure the smooth coordination of design, manufacturing, and installation, delivering world-class craftsmanship to clients with the highest expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee and manage bespoke furniture and joinery projects from order through to delivery

* Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

* Work closely with designers, craftsmen, and clients to ensure technical specifications are met

* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments

* Coordinate with workshops, suppliers, and subcontractors to maintain workflow efficiency

* Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders, both internally and externally

* Conduct site visits and client meetings to oversee project progress and manage expectations

* Implement problem-solving strategies to address challenges in production and installation

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience in project management within luxury furniture, high-end joinery, or bespoke interiors

* Strong understanding of woodworking, cabinetmaking, and luxury furniture construction

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

* Excellent budget management and resource planning skills

* Strong leadership and team coordination abilities

* Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills

* Excellent communication and client management experience

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software, and ERP systems

Desirable Skills & Experience

* Experience in superyacht interiors or high-end residential projects

* Understanding of CNC manufacturing processes and specialist finishes

* Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques
