Happy to look at individuals with or without prior Accounts Payable experience.You'll be reporting inot the AP/AR Supervisor, and have responsibility for the Accounts Payable ledger, inclusive of....

• Processing supplier invoices and credit notes
• Matching invoices and credit notes to goods received notes and purchase orders
• Preparing monthly supplier statement reconciliations
• Resolve invoice queries by liaising with purchasing, sales managers and external stakeholders
• Assist with month end journals preparations and postings
• Undertake specific finance or business projects working alongside other functions as requested
• Setting up new supplier accounts and ownership of bank account verification
• Process expenses claims and credit card claims

About you....

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build cross functional (finance and non-finance) relationships
• Have a good hgrasp of/understanding of MS Excel
• Highly motivated, commercially minded individual with can do attitude
