Live in Building Manager, (studio apartment)

Our clients have a stunning well-run St Johns Wood apartment block in need of an experienced Building Manager to take control of day to day operations and be a positive and inspirational team leader to a team of 24 hour porterage staff. The role must be a live-in position as the Building Manager must be available in the event of any utter emergencies to support the team. The role therefore comes with a 1st floor studio flat. The successful Building Manager will have practical experience (dealing with contractors, identifying heating / plumbing issues) and be someone with a proven track record and excellent work references. The building Manager will be the key liaison with the residents and contractors, manage fire prevention and health and safety routine checks, managing and monitoring the effectiveness of the visiting contractors. The Building Manager should have significant experience in a similar senior role, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, good IT skills, and a good understanding of Health and Safety requirements and legislation
