Salary: £34000-£40000 (dependent on experience)

I am working with a RIBA chartered practice to find an Architectural Technologist to join a supportive team in Birmingham. The practice focuses primarily on Residential projects, from large housing developments to bespoke homes, with additional work in the Commercial and Retail sectors.

The ideal Architectural Technologist will have significant UK-based industry experience and strong technical expertise. A portfolio demonstrating extensive residential projects is essential, along with proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

• Relevant degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
• Significant post-qualification experience is required
• Confident working independently and as part of a team
• Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
• Brilliant technical detailing abilities
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Residential experience is essential
• Must live in a commutable distance of Birmingham
• Proficient using Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe
