Purpose of the Role

Oversee and undertake both scheduled preventative maintenance tasks and reactive work requests to ensure that the building, its infrastructure, and systems are maintained to the required high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Safety and Compliance:
• Administer contractor tracker system and screen permit applications
• Manage high-risk permits and ensure completion.
• Oversee H&S training matrix and records.
• Inform contractors of site rules and restrictions.
• Contractor and Visitor Management:
• Meet and greet contractors.
• Sign contractors in/out and issue photo IDs.
• Assist contractors with the system.
• Administrative Support:
• Forward permits for approval.
• Handle filing, admin tasks, and log books.
• Support Tech management with admin duties.
• Produce ad hoc reports.
• Logistics Coordination:
• Coordinate deliveries and collections, scan delivery notes, and arrange goods relocation.
• Keep reception area clear.
• Update contractor tracker system with retailers and users.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• IT literate, especially proficient in Excel & word
• Able to use software systems (with training).
• Face-to-face experience with customers.
• Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Great communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise workload.
• Experience with risk assessments and method statements.
• IOSH or H&S qualification.
• Experience working with contractors.

Working Hours - 30Hrs

Salary - £19,049.00
