• Finance Qualification: ACA or equivalent, with at least two years' post-qualification experience.
• Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of IFRS and general accounting principles, plus experience with transaction flows and finance processes.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reconciliation, and familiarity with high-volume transactions.
• Organizational Skills: Highly organized, capable of managing multiple workstreams at once.
• Proactive Approach: Resourceful, hands-on, and solution-oriented; you're ready to take on challenges to drive progress.

• New Product & Contract Review: Analyse new product initiatives to understand finance impacts, ensuring that all accounting entries align with financial requirements.
• Data Testing & Accuracy: Perform testing to confirm data flows are complete and accurate, maintaining rigorous control standards.
• Product Implementation Support: Document and contribute to the finance team's overall strategy for successful new product launches.
• Gap Identification & Problem-Solving: Identify and communicate any gaps or issues, working proactively to resolve them.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Develop strong relationships with product, engineering, and finance teams to support ongoing product and market expansion efforts.
