Project Manager

Exeter

My client is a well established forward looking construction company who specialises in refurbishment projects within the private and public sector.

Having recently secured a large project within the heart of Exeter, they are looking to welcome a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities will include:

* Forming and maintaining a good working relationship with subcontractors, architects, surveyors and the client.

* Updating the programme, recording and reporting any delays and advising of additional work.

* Ensuring work carried out by subcontractors and company employees are carried out to the highest standard and within Health & Safety regulations.

Are you suitable for this role?

* SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work and Asbestos Awareness

* Must be IT literate, able to communicate effectively by email and use other electronic resources

* JCT experience is preferred

* Must have a strong construction background with proven experience of managing projects larger than £1m
