Role Summary

The Hospital Director will be responsible for the overall strategic direction and leadership of our mental health intermediate service. This role will involve:

• Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing long-term strategic plans to position the service as a leader in the field.
• Financial Management: Overseeing the financial health of the service, including budgeting, revenue generation, and cost control.
• Quality Assurance: Ensuring that the service consistently delivers high-quality care that meets or exceeds regulatory standards.
• Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Stakeholder Relations: Building and maintaining strong relationships with patients, families, healthcare professionals, and community partners.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in senior leadership roles within a healthcare organization.
• Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
