Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments
Investigate and resolve any customer queries or discrepancies
Communicate with clients to establish payment terms and conditions
Collaborate with the internal sales team to optimise credit control processes
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
Prepare regular financial reports and analysis
Identify potential risks and develop strategies to minimise debt exposure

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Credit Controller, preferably with exposure to internal sales activities
Strong knowledge of credit management principles and practises
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
Strong problem-solving skills
