An experienced paralegal is sought to join our busy Residential Conveyancing department, supporting Solicitors and Conveyancing Executives while managing their own caseload.

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion (freehold & leasehold).
• Draft legal documents and conduct property searches.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage brokers.
• Provide exceptional client service and regular updates.
• Assist with post-completion tasks (SDLT, AP1s) and support junior paralegals.

Requirements:

• Strong paralegal experience in residential conveyancing.
• Excellent communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines.
