Key Responsibilities:

* Managing day-to-day site operations, including supervising on-site teams.

* Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project deadlines.

* Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

* Maintaining quality control procedures and ensuring project specifications are met.

* Monitoring project progress and preparing reports for senior management.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction or a related field.

* Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.

* Excellent leadership and team management skills.

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans.

* Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

* CSCS card, SMSTS, and other relevant certifications are desirable.
