Source & Connect are proud to partner with an innovative Microsoft Gold partner who are looking to expand their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central team. We are looking for a finance qualified (or significant experience in finance and accounting) Service Desk Analyst with at least 1 year experience supporting D365BC. Your key responsibilities will include user support, incident management, issue resolution, training and guidance, resolving technical problems and documentation.

Requirements:
- 1+ year experience supporting D365 Business Central
- Finance qualified (AAT Level 2 min) or significant experience in finance and accounting
- Qualified Functional Consultant or equal experience
- Strong communication & problem solving skills
- Experience in ticketing and IT service management
