We're looking for an experienced BMS Commissioning Engineer to join a major project at Manchester Airport.

This is a great opportunity for a skilled engineer to get involved in a long-term contract delivering high-profile infrastructure work. The role will be focused on commissioning rather than software development, so a background in hands-on testing and commissioning of BMS systems is key.

🔧 Role Responsibilities:

Commissioning BMS systems on a large-scale infrastructure site

Running functional tests, I/O checks, and point-to-point testing

Fault-finding and resolution on live systems

Liaising with software engineers and site teams to ensure systems are delivered to specification

Providing commissioning support and documentation for project handover

✅ Requirements:

Proven experience as a BMS Commissioning Engineer

Comfortable working with a variety of BMS systems; experience with Delta Controls is advantageous but not essential

Strong understanding of HVAC and building services controls

Able to interpret technical drawings and commissioning documents

ECS/CSCS card (or equivalent) preferred

Must be eligible to work in the UK

Duration: 6 months, with potential for extension

IR35 Status: Outside IR35

Location: Manchester Airport - site-based

Hours: Full-time, with occasional weekend availability depending on project needs
