As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll support a young girl who requires help maintaining focus. While she doesn't display challenging behaviour, she thrives with a patient and caring individual by her side. You'll work in a small class of just five students, ensuring personalized attention and meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 support during lessons, breaks, and lunch (you'll have your own lunch break).

• Foster a positive and nurturing environment to help the student stay engaged.

• Offer daily feedback to supportive parents, building a collaborative partnership.
