The Senior Building Surveyor's Role

As the Senior Building Surveyor, you will be an essential part of a dedicated team of 10 professionals, engaging with both commercial and residential clients to deliver a wide range of consultancy services.

This role provides a unique opportunity to work on high-value projects for discerning clients, with responsibilities evenly split between professional advisory services and hands-on project management.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert consultancy services to high-net-worth clients in both commercial and residential sectors
Manage a balanced workload, with an even split between professional services (e.g., building surveys, dilapidations) and project instructions (e.g., refurbishments, restorations)
Maintain and grow strong client relationships, ensuring high standards of service and client satisfaction
Collaborate closely with team members to meet project milestones and achieve shared goals

The Ideal Senior Building Surveyor

Proven experience as a Building Surveyor, ideally within a consultancy setting
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to deliver high-quality, client-facing services
Capable of managing diverse project and professional tasks independently
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to client management
