Senior Quantity Surveyor wanted for this extremely fast growing sub contractor specialising in key areas of the construction industry. With a fantastic team they are seeking a self motivated and ambitious individual who will be a part of the next phase of the companies development and growth. As a quantity surveyor you will work closely with their well established commercial team with some of the day to day duties below:
* Managing diverse projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness, with an emphasis on adding value
* Building productive long term relationships with a range of diverse clients
* Excelling in contract negotiation for optimized project profitability
* Excelling in multitasking to meet deliverables without compromising quality
* Manage, supervise and mentor your “reports” within the commercial structure
To be considered for this position you must have had a minimum of 5 years experience working as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally for either a main or sub-contractor. For the successful candidate the following salary and package will be available:
