Internal Sales Manager / Internal Sales Leader / Inside Sales Manager required to join a leading mechanical engineering supplier based near Oxford.

The successful Internal Sales Manager / Internal Sales Leader / Inside Sales Manager will be office based in Thame, and will lead a talented internal sales team specialising in process machinery products and similar cleaning technologies. They will optimize operational effectiveness and foster strategic partnerships to drive revenue and margin growth in the process industry. Full product training is provided.

The Internal Sales Manager / Internal Sales Leader / Sales Operations Manager will ideally have a proven track record in people management, eager to foster growth in a collaborative team environment. Experience in industries like process, chemical, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, or engineering/manufacturing is a plus but not essential.

Internal Sales Manager / Internal Sales Leader / Inside Sales Manager Role:
Lead and support the Sales Team, specialising in process machinery products including pumps, valves, automation and similar cleaning technologies in achieving revenue and profit targets while ensuring operational efficiency.
Align sales strategies with company goals and objectives in collaboration with the UK Managing Director.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners to offer comprehensive industrial cleaning technology solutions.
Strengthen the company's presence in the industrial product sectors by delivering tailored, high-performance solutions.
Act as a brand ambassador, embodying industrial engineering Technologies' commitment to quality and innovation.
Liaise with various engineering departments.

Internal Sales Manager / Internal Sales Leader / Inside Sales Manager Requirements:
Proven track record in people management within sales, and is passionate about fostering growth and success within a collaborative environment. They should be eager to continuously develop both personally and professionally, while contributing to the ongoing success of a close-knit team.
Sales Management experience in sectors such as process, chemical, food and beverage, distilling, pharmaceutical, brewery and dairy or similar would be advantageous, but not essential.
Experience as a Internal Sales Manager, Inside Sales Manager, General Manager,  Internal Sales Leader, Sales Operations Manager or similar role within engineering or manufacturing is ideal but not essential.
Strong leadership abilities, with a demonstrated capability to inspire and drive a team.
A technical degree in mechanical engineering would be beneficial.
Commutable to the office in Thame with occasional customer visits across the UK
